1 (10 oz.) can HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
⅓ cup mayonnaise
3 leaves lettuce
6 slices multigrain bread, lightly toasted
In small bowl, stir together chicken, cranberries and mayonnaise. Place 1 leaf lettuce on each of 3 slices toast. Divide chicken salad evenly among lettuce. Cover with remaining sliced toast.
