Combine two dishes into one with this great-tasting recipe.


  • 1 pound HORMELĀ® ALWAYS TENDERĀ® Lemon Garlic Pork Loin Filet, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into wedges
  • 4 cups bite-size pieces romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil


  1. To make dressing, in food processor bowl or blender container, combine oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; process until smooth.
  2. Prepare grill for direct medium heat.
  3. Alternately thread pork, onions and bell pepper onto 4 (10-inch) metal skewers; brush with 1 1/2 teaspoons dressing.
  4. Place kabobs on grill; cover. Grill 4 to 6 inches from heat, turning occasionally, 10 to 12 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
  5. Arrange kabobs on bed of lettuce. Top with croutons and cheese. Serve with remaining dressing.
