3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 (8-ounce) jar CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa
2 (5-ounce) cans HORMEL® Chunk Turkey, drained and flaked
In small bowl, combine turkey, cheese and onions; mix well. Divide turkey mixture evenly between 2 tortillas. Cover with remaining tortillas.
In skillet, cook 1 tortilla stack, turning once, 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining tortilla stack. Cut into wedges. Serve with salsa.
