Ingredients

  • 1 (6-ounce) package instant long-grain and wild rice
  • 3 (5-ounce) cans HORMELĀ® Chunk Turkey, drained and flaked
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen asparagus spears

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Cook asparagus according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Cut spears into thirds.
  3. In large skillet, stir together rice, asparagus, turkey, broth and vinegar. Cook, stirring frequently, 4 to 6 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately.
