Asparagus and Rice Turkey Skillet

1 (6-ounce) package instant long-grain and wild rice
3 (5-ounce) cans HORMEL® Chunk Turkey, drained and flaked
1/3 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds
1 (10-ounce) package frozen asparagus spears
Cook rice according to package directions.
Cook asparagus according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Cut spears into thirds.
In large skillet, stir together rice, asparagus, turkey, broth and vinegar. Cook, stirring frequently, 4 to 6 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately.
