  • 2 (6 1/2-ounce) packages pizza crust mix
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 2/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce, heated
  • 1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® CURE 81® Diced Ham
  • 2 cups shredded Gouda cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh thyme leaves, if desired


  1. Heat oven to 450°F. Grease two baking sheets.
  2. Make pizza crust dough according to package directions. Roll 1 dough portion to form 9-inch flatbread circle. Repeat with remaining dough. Place 1 flatbread on each baking sheet.
  3. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard; mix well. Spread over flatbreads.
  4. Dollop warm cranberry sauce over mayonnaise mixture. Scatter ham over top; sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle with honey. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is crisp. Sprinkle with thyme, if desired. Cut into wedges to serve.
