Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons SKIPPY┬« SUPER CHUNK┬« Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons canola mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated peeled gingerroot
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 (12-ounce) package broccoli slaw
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine peanut butter, mayonnaise, vinegar, gingerroot and sugar. Add broccoli slaw, tomato and cilantro; toss well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
