Ingredients

1/4 cup SKIPPY® SUPER CHUNK® Natural Peanut Butter Spread

1 tablespoon honey

1 large Granny Smith apple

2 tablespoons dried cranberries or raisins
Directions

In small bowl, combine peanut butter and honey; mix well.

Cut 1/2 inch from top and bottom of apple; discard. With apple corer, remove core from apple. Cut remaining apple into 4 horizontal slices. Spread 2 slices with peanut butter mixture. Sprinkle with cranberries; top each with remaining slice apple.
