Ingredients

  • 6 cups coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
  • 4 hard-cooked large eggs, cooled, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 3 vine-ripened tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup HORMELĀ® Real Bacon Pieces

Directions

  1. In large bowl, gently toss together romaine, eggs, tomatoes, onion, cucumber and dressing. Sprinkle with bacon pieces.
