Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) package HORMEL® Turkey Roast with Seasoned Broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrot medley, thawed
  • 1 (21-ounce) package HORMEL® Loaded Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease shallow casserole.
  2. Remove turkey from broth. Chop turkey; reserve broth.
  3. In medium bowl, combine turkey, broth and peas and carrots; mix well. Spoon into casserole. Top with potatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
