Turkey and Stuffing Sandwich
Under 15 minutes
4 thick slices sourdough bread
1/2 cup cranberry jelly, heated
1 (15-ounce) package HORMEL® Turkey Breast with gravy entree
1 cup prepared stuffing
2 cups HORMEL® Homestyle Mashed Potatoes
Deli coleslaw, to serve
Heat turkey according to package directions. Drain gravy from turkey. Reserve gravy; keep warm.
Spread one side of each slice bread with warm jelly. Top with stuffing, turkey and mashed potatoes. Drizzle with reserved hot gravy.
