Make yourself a hot and delicious sandwich … even better than the one at the deli.


  • 1 (15-ounce) package HORMEL® Beef Roast Au Jus Entree
  • 1 baguette, cut into quarters
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese
  • Pickled vegetables, for serving


  1. Heat beef and au jus according to package directions. Drain beef; reserve au jus.
  2. Heat broiler.
  3. Separate beef. Divide evenly among buns; top with cheese. Broil 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
  4. Pour warm au jus into small container; serve with beef rolls.
