Pork and Mushroom Fettuccine

  • 12 ounces fettuccine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 (15-ounce) package HORMELĀ® Pork Roast Au Jus Entree
  • 3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • Finely grated Parmesan cheese, if desired


  1. In large pot of boiling salted water, cook fettuccine over high heat, stirring occasionally, 12 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  2. In medium skillet, heat oil and mushrooms over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until softened.
  3. Break pork into pieces. Add pork, au jus and peas to mushrooms; stir until hot. Spoon fettuccine into pork mixture; stir to combine. Sprinkle with cheese.
