Beef and Roasted Pepper Pasta

Use this tasty and easy recipe to give the younger chefs experience in the kitchen.


  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 1 (15-ounce) package HORMELĀ® Italian Style Beef Roast Entree
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 roasted red peppers, drained and chopped


  1. In large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta over high heat, stirring occasionally, 12 minutes or until al dente; drain. Return pasta to pot.
  2. Heat beef roast according to package directions; reserve au jus. Break beef into chunks. Add beef, au jus and roasted peppers to pasta; stir to combine.
  3. Sprinkle pasta mixture with cheese.
