Give everyone around the table his or her own hot, savory pot pie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup HORMEL® Loaded Mashed Potatoes, heated according to package directions
  • 1 (15-ounce) package HORMEL® Beef Tips & Gravy Entree, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 (17.3-ounce) package ready-made puff pastry sheets, thawed according to package directions
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • Steamed broccoli, to serve

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 4 (1-cup) ramekins with cooking spray.
  2. Spoon 1/4 cup mashed potatoes into each ramekin. Top evenly with beef tips.
  3. Cut one sheet pastry into 4 squares. Place 1 pastry square over each ramekin. Make 3 or 4 small slits in each pastry to allow steam to escape.
  4. Brush pastry with beaten egg. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until pastry is crisp and browned.
