  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon seeded mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 6 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon, chopped and crisp cooked
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste


  1. Prepare grill for medium heat.
  2. On sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, combine potatoes, oil, salt and pepper; toss to coat. Wrap foil around potatoes securely. Grill, turning occasionally, 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender. (Or, toss together ingredients on baking sheet; bake at 375°F.)
  3. In large bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Add potatoes, onions and bacon. Stir gently to combine.
