A great throw-together weeknight meal your kids will love. You can make the rice ahead of time and freeze it or use leftover cooked rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon HOUSE OF TSANG® Sesame Seed Oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated peeled gingerroot
  • 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Oven Roasted Carved Chicken Breast
  • 8 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 5 slices HORMEL® Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 3 cups cooked Jasmine or basmati rice
  • Salt and coarsely ground pepper, to taste
  • Pinch sugar

Directions

  1. Heat wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, garlic and gingerroot. Cook 1 minute or until fragrant.
  2. Add rice, peas, carrots, corn, chicken, salt, pepper and sugar to wok. Stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes or until hot. Add remaining ingredients. Stir-fry until hot and combined.
