  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Applewood Smoked Bacon


  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Coat 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. Wash asparagus; break off tough ends where stalks snap easily. In bowl, toss together asparagus and oil. Spread in pan. Roast 15 minutes or until asparagus is crisply tender.
  3. Meanwhile, cook bacon according to package directions; drain on paper towels. Crumble when cool. Sprinkle bacon over asparagus.
