Apricot Spiced Glazed Ham

1 whole HORMEL® CURE 81® Boneless Ham
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2/3 cup apricot nectar
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Steamed green beans
Heat oven to 325°F.
On rack in shallow roasting pan, bake ham 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
To make glaze, in small saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg and cloves. Stir in apricot nectar and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
Brush ham with glaze. Bake, brushing occasionally with glaze, 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve ham with HORMEL® COUNTRY CROCK® Fully Loaded Mashed Potatoes and green beans.
