Grill your pork and pineapple to make these fantastic sandwiches.


  • 4 slices fresh or canned pineapple
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 4 sesame seed hamburger buns, split
  • 1/2 package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Lemon Garlic Pork Loin Filet, cut into 3/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon DI LUSSO™ Dijon Mustard

Step by Step

  1. Prepare grill for medium-hot coals.

  2. Grill pork and pineapple, turning occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes or until pork is no longer pink and internal temperature of pork reaches 155°F. to 160°F.

  3. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and garlic; mix well. Spread on cut sides of buns. Line each bun with spinach. Top with pork and pineapple.
