Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Pork Chops

Directions

  1. Prepare grill for direct heat.
  2. To make glaze, in small saucepan, combine honey, Worcestershire sauce, orange peel, salt and red pepper flakes; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium; boil 1 minute.
  3. Place pork chops on grill. Spoon half of glaze evenly over pork. Grill 5 minutes; turn pork chops over. Spoon remaining glaze over pork. Grill 3 to 5 minutes longer or until pork is no longer pink in center.

Notes

  • Serve these succulent pork chops with mashed sweet potato and steamed sugar-snap peas.
