Caramelized Onion and Bacon Pizza

2 Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 (10-inch) pizza crusts , divided
1 (2.8-ounce) package HORMEL® Fully Cooked Bacon, cut into pieces and divided
1/2 cup julienned sun-dried tomatoes, divided
1 cup finely shredded Gouda cheese, divided
2 tablespoons light olive oil, divided
In large nonstick skillet, cook onions and sugar over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 25 to 30 minutes or until caramelized. Stir in vinegar. Remove from heat.
Meanwhile, coat grill grate with cooking spray. Prepare grill.
Place 1 pizza crust on grill grate; grill 3 minutes or until slightly puffed and golden brown. Turn crust so grill marks face upward. Brush crust with 1 tablespoon oil. Top with 1/2 each of onions, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes and cheese.
Cover pizza; grill 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Repeat with remaining crust and toppings.
